2. Artwork and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate photographs, descriptions, dimensions, materials and prices for our artworks.
Original paintings are unique, hand-painted artworks. Fine art prints and canvas prints are reproductions of original artworks and may differ in texture and appearance.
Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and printing materials. Please check the product description, selected size and artwork type before placing your order.
3. Copyright
All original artworks, photographs, images and creative content on this website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing an original painting or print does not transfer copyright ownership. Reproduction, commercial use or resale of copies of the artwork's image requires appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
4. Prices and Orders
Product prices and applicable shipping charges will be displayed or communicated before purchase, as required by law.
Orders are subject to payment confirmation and product availability. Original paintings are unique and may become unavailable if already sold.
If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Artworks will be packaged appropriately for their type and shipping requirements.
Estimated processing times, delivery information and shipping charges will be communicated before purchase or displayed at checkout, as applicable.
Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply according to the destination country's rules. These charges will be handled as disclosed before purchase and as required by law.
If an artwork is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order details so that we can review the issue and assist with an appropriate resolution.
6. Returns of Original Paintings
For a voluntary return or change-of-mind request, please contact us before sending the painting back. Returns must be discussed with us and approved in writing before dispatch.
For an approved voluntary return:
The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying the return courier charges.
The painting should be securely packed and returned in its original condition.
The painting must be safely received by the artist before the return can be inspected and an eligible refund processed.
After the returned painting has been safely received and inspected, an approved refund will be initiated within approximately 5–7 business days. The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the bank or payment provider.
These voluntary-return conditions do not restrict any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Damaged Original Paintings
If an original painting arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible with the order details and clear photographs of the artwork and packaging.
Where appropriate, we may mutually agree with the customer to replace the damaged painting with another available original painting from our collection.
The replacement artwork will be selected through discussion and agreement, subject to availability.
If a suitable replacement is not agreed upon, the matter will be resolved in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Fine Art Prints and Canvas Prints
Please review the artwork type, dimensions, material, finish and framing options carefully before ordering.
Prints are not ordinarily eligible for returns or refunds for change of mind or an incorrect size or finish selected by the customer, provided the product supplied matches its description.
If a print arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact us for assistance. Applicable consumer protection rights will be respected.
We take reasonable care to provide good-quality prints and package orders appropriately.
9. Privacy
Customer information may be used where necessary to process orders, arrange deliveries, communicate with customers and provide customer support, in accordance with applicable law.
